Beef Jerky –Teriyaki, Pepper, Cajun, Original (25lb Batch Min. per Flavor)

We use Maple wood chips to smoke.

Special Sausages vary from $6.00-8.50lb depending on Flavor
(25lb Minimum per Flavor & $1 per lb discount for 50lb batches)

These Special batches will take extra time for processing….due to high demand since Covid, expect at least 6-16 weeks extra wait time before completion on links or smoked sausages.

Due to high animal volume if you request a special sausage expect to may take 2 trips to pick up your meat, freezer space is filling at record speeds.
Specialty items are completed when we have an “free” day in the cutting/smoking schedule.
During Fair Season they will take approximately 8-16 weeks extra time due to high animal volume.
