Please fill out the form below to let us know how you would like your hog processed within 24-48 hours of slaughter. We will call when it is completely ready for pickup. Please do not fill out the form until your ranch animal is in the shop. You will be called when your order is ready for pickup. 2-4 weeks on average.

If you are only getting 1/2, make sure another form is filled out by the person you are sharing with.

Fair Animals can fill out the form immediately once you have your ear tag number on your form after purchasing it on Sunday.

Warning….most Hogs under 140lbs (hanging weight) are too lean for bacon, they should weigh at least 180-200lbs ……exception Guinea Hogs should only weigh 100lbs at full size!

  • ********25# special Linked sausages available, extra fees apply ($150-250ea. Depends on type) extra wait time is approx 6-16 weeks, you WILL be asked to pick up 2x for freezer space! During fair season the wait time could be longer.  May 15-Aug 15 is fair season no linked specialty sausages will be run during these peek months, at the end of summer is when we will start processing and smoking these items again. Tips:

  • All cured & smoked items are Bacon, Smoked Hocks, Hams & Smoked shoulder, Choose “fresh” if you don’t want cured smoked pork.
  • Shoulder Roast, and Boston Butt Roasts are good for carnitas and pulled pork.
  • If you want Baby Back Ribs & Pork Tenderloin you must choose boneless pork chops / loin roast
  • Center slices under Ham options = Ham Steaks.
  • Smoked meats are charged an extra fee $1.75lb (as of May 1st)
  • Bulk Sausages are charged an extra fee $1.75lb
  • Raise animals to correct weights for best quality and yields

1lb pkg min is standard for Sausage and Bacon. Spare Ribs are always included.
We will call when your meat is complete and ready for pickup, approx. 2-4 weeks
Pick up all meat within 7 days of completion/phone call. Freezer fee waived for 7 day pickups
